All products are subject to availability and delivery within South Africa only.
Listed prices are valid on the day viewed. Schulman's Home reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice due to supplier or stock changes. Errors and omissions may occur.
If an error occurs relating to product details, price, or colour, Schulman's Home is not obliged to supply the affected product but will notify the customer and offer cancellation and a full refund.
Stock availability cannot be guaranteed. Where items cannot be delivered, customers will be contacted to cancel or select alternatives. Refunds will be issued for goods not delivered.
Special promotions or sales may be subject to additional conditions that override standard policies.

Orders

All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email with an order reference number will be sent once an order is placed.
Orders are only accepted once full payment has been received and confirmed.
Customers may cancel paid orders before Schulman's Home confirms that the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
If cancellation occurs after shipment, the Returns & Refunds policy will apply.
If payment is reversed, cancelled, or invalid after fulfillment, the customer remains liable for the full purchase price and any recovery costs.

Delivery & Shipping

Deliveries are available within South Africa only.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
We may use third-party courier services and are not liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes, or other external factors.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products remains with Schulman's Home until full payment has been received. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the goods.

Payments

Payments must be completed via credit card, EFT, or an approved third-party payment provider.
Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the Consumer Protection Act.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs may apply unless goods are defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once goods are inspected and approved.
Non-returnable or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Warranties & Defective Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to return defective or unsafe goods within six (6) months of purchase for repair, replacement, or refund. This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Online Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Schulman's Home is not liable for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard login details.

Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, icons and images remains the property of Schulman's Home or its suppliers.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
