Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities, towns, and suburbs within South Africa only. We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time. Deliveries are available to both residential and business addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier capacity. The following guidelines apply from the date of order confirmation and successful payment:

* Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next available business day.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
  • A confirmation email with your order reference number will be sent once payment has been received and confirmed.
  • You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. All applicable charges are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden fees.

Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including any relevant access instructions such as estate or complex details.
  • Failed or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information may result in additional re-delivery charges.
  • Schulman's Home is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Risk and Ownership

  • Ownership of goods remains with Schulman's Home until full payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery and acceptance.
  • We recommend inspecting your order at the time of delivery and reporting any visible damage or discrepancies to us immediately.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Schulman's Home is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays or capacity constraints
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Load shedding or electricity outages
  • Public holidays or industrial action
  • Supplier delays or stock shortages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
